Digital marketing includes social media, blogging, mobile marketing, content marketing, and more. You need to know about search engine optimization, reputation management, lead generation and conversion, and so forth. So much to learn! This class lays out what all the digital marketing activities are and how they work together. We'll define terms, discuss the customer/client buying cycle, and show how these activities fit in that cycle. Get the big picture and prepare yourself for the next step: creating a digital marketing strategy that fits your budget and advances your business goals. Kristin Peregoy has worked in marketing and business development for over 11 years in both a corporate setting and as well as a consultant for small businesses worldwide. She combines strategy, creative and analytics for a holistic viewpoint to increase revenue, business development strategy and market share.
