Microsoft Word for Windows is the most widely used word processing program and is a must for creating personal and professional documents and tables of all kinds. Word files are used as the format for sending most text documents via e-mail because almost every user with a computer can read a Word document by using the Word application, a Word viewer, or a word processor that imports the Word format. Microsoft Word also contains features that many users don't take advantage of but that enable them to create and format better documents and to use basic desktop publishing capabilities. Microsoft Word for Windows is available to install on your PC by itself or as part of the Microsoft Office suite. This online class is appropriate for Word 2013, 2016, 2019, and Office 365 versions.
