Adobe Acrobat offers so much more than simply manipulating PDFs and this class gives an excellent foundation to its major features and uses. With Acrobat you can combine PDFs, change their order, separate them, convert them, and show them as a presentation. You can create and apply digital signatures and add bookmarks, links, and buttons for navigating through online documentation. Acrobat can also serve as a "container" for multiple files created from multiple software applications such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. What better time than now to add this valuable software tool to your tool collection and mastery skillset? This webinar will include direct instruction as well as exercises for you to work on during class to build your skills. Mitzi Katz
Prerequisite: Understanding of basics of Word. Course requirements: To participate in class you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed on your computer, a good Internet connection and a telephone.
Prior to class: You will receive an email invitation containing a link to join the class from your instructor. You will also receive an Enotebook which you may download and print (printing is not required) and class files to download in advance. Your instructor will walk you through the process prior to class at no extra cost if you are new to online classes and would like assistance getting started. Let CFU know if you would like that assistance, cecile@freeuregistration.com.
The live class will be conducted through GoToMeeting. You are not required to own the GoToMeeting software. When you open the link provided by your instructor, you will be prompted to download the app. It only takes a few minutes at most to begin. The instructor email will also contain a toll-free number for you to dial into for the conference call. An access code will be listed below the telephone number on the email invitation. The call will prompt you to enter the access code. Once in the virtual classroom, you will be able to view the instructor's screen and the instructor will be present to welcome you into the class.
This webinar is interactive. You will have breaks throughout the day, as well as an hour break for lunch. .
