This beginner course will give you the foundational understanding of Microsoft Office Excel that is necessary to create and work with electronic spreadsheets. Class will cover basic spreadsheet skills and key features in Excel. Learn how to create simple accurate worksheets and how to use Excel to analyze data. Find out how to build mathematical and statistical formulas in Excel and create professional looking charts. Learn how to modify columns and rows and formatting practices for data in Excel, including themes and styles. This course is intended for new users and for those who may be self-taught. Mitzi Katz
Previous knowledge or experience: Understanding of the basics of Windows.
Course requirements: a computer with Microsoft Excel (2013, 2016, 2019 or Office 365 version), an Internet connection, and a telephone to participate.
