How do you get along with food...really? Is your relationship balanced and friendly, or does food (e.g., cravings, binging, or unhealthy habits) have the upper hand? Taking a holistic approach, this class will empower you through body-awareness, balanced nutrition, and healthful eating to become your healthiest self.

Course topics include:
  • Discovering which foods give you energy and which take it away, and why that matters
  • How to get connected with the language of your body and read its signals
  • What it means to honor hunger and fullness and how to do that
  • How nourishing all parts of life is equally as important as nourishing your body with healthful foods,

    Certified holistic health coach and personal trainer, Giulia Cammarano has extensive background and expertise in holistic nutrition, habit change, and exercise science with her bachelors and masters in health psychology and kinesiology. Her exercise training and holisitic health coaching business called Evolve Higher Coaching.

CFU is at 7653 E 1st Pl. Denver, CO 80230 (NE corner of Red Cross Way & 1st Pl). From 1st Ave and Quebec St, head east on 1st Ave to the stop sign at Roslyn St. Make a left on Roslyn and then a quick right on 1st Pl, heading east 2.5 blocks (past Red Cross Way) as the parking lot is on the east side of the building. Turn left into the parking lot, once in the lot we are on your left in the 2-story light tan brick building with red tiled roof.
