In this interactive class you will create your own personal vision statement that is grounded in your strengths and values. Then use this statement to create strong, actionable short- and long-term goals that will transform that vision into lived reality. We'll discuss concepts of Positive Psychology, principles of goal-setting, and tools that can help you enhance your well-being. The power of the workshop comes with the exercises and discussion that enable you to craft a vision statement that is a genuine expression of your highest self and that guides you into your best future. Samantha Marks is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with 7 years of experience in nutrition and wellness coaching, counseling, and education. Sam believes in leveraging the science-backed concepts of Positive Psychology to empower clients in achieving their goals and maintaining their success with confidence and joy.
