Your Clifton Strengths Themes explain the ways you most naturally think, feel, and behave. In class we will delve into your results and explore the next steps for you to maximize your strengths to live more effectively and thrive. This workshop is ideal for people going through a life change (personal or career), struggling with their current job, or contemplating retirement. Allyn Bader Barclay is a certified CliftonStrengths coach with years of experience managing and coaching employees and managers in corporate settings. Once registered for the course please contact Allyn (email provided with registration) to access to the Clifton Strengths online assessment that must be completed prior to the class. NOTE: This class will be held via Zoom. You will receive the meeting link from the instructor prior to the start of class. Materials fee will be collected with registration. Be ready to log on and join the meeting 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time so you will be ready when class begins.
