Digital marketing includes search engine rankings, blogging, mobile marketing, QR codes, social media, reputation management, content marketing, lead generation, and conversion. It's no wonder many business owners find marketing their businesses online overwhelming! If you're struggling to understand what all the digital marketing activities are and how they work together, this is the class for you. We'll define the terms, discuss the customer/client buying cycle, and show how these activities fit in that cycle. This class is designed to give you the big picture and prepare you for the next step: creating a digital marketing strategy that fits your budget and advances your business goals. Michael Booker manages all the online marketing for Applejack Liquors. He has an extensive background in web development and social media marketing. He has managed design/development projects in all sorts of environments but launching search and social campaigns are what get him up in the morning.
