Diamond Body Practice is a gentle, accessible, movement-centered meditation drawn from the Diamond Approach lineage. Developed by Linda Krier, this method uses precise, flowing movements--called dynamic mudras--to help the body resonate with ease, groundedness, and inner spaciousness.
In this experiential class, you will learn how movement can become a gateway to presence. Through guided sensing, mindful movement, and moment-by-moment awareness, you'll discover how the body can:

• quiet mental chatter
• release tension and emotional holding
• deepen grounding and autonomy
• support clarity for meditation or inquiry
• regulate and settle the nervous system
• open the heart and support emotional balance

The movements are simple and adaptable, making the practice suitable for all bodies and ability levels. This form of meditation can work well for folks who have trouble with seated meditation or the instruction to "empty your mind." No previous experience with meditation, movement practices, or the Diamond Approach is required.
Laurie Albright is an ordained teacher in the Diamond Approach and a trained teacher of Diamond Body Practice (DBP), a movement-based meditation developed within the Diamond Approach lineage. With a background in somatic awareness, embodiment practices, and inner work, she is dedicated to helping people discover how gentle movement can unlock presence, ease, and emotional balance. Her teaching style is clear, grounded, warm, and supportive, welcoming to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
