Hypnotic out of body work uses deep relaxation, focused concentration, and guided suggestion to create the subjective experience of consciousness separating from the physical body. It is great for people dealing with stress, anxiety (panic attacks), sleep issues, depression, digestive issues, minor pain, teeth grinding, etc. The focus is achieving dissociation from issues, which allows for easy changes to occur. It is a very enjoyable process, and some participants will want to be there just for the experience.

Drake Eastburn is co-owner of Eastburn Hypnotherapy, a prolific and respected author on hypnotherapy, and has decades of experience helping people manage stress, make life changes, and reach their goals with hypnotherapy. He is the only hypnotist doing this sort of work locally and in October attended a conference in Chicago where he taught his methods to other hypnotists.
