Approximately 15-20% of the population is considered neurodivergent, including individuals with autism, dyslexia, and other neurological differences (Armstrong 2027). Neurodiverse individuals process information differently and manifest different strengths. This interactive and information-packed class is designed to expand awareness, acceptance, and strategies for supporting individuals across the neurodivergent spectrum. This course equips everyone: educators, mentors, leaders, and individuals in the Neurodiverse community with evidence-based knowledge and tools and life skills to create inclusive environments that recognize and celebrate different learning and thinking styles. Participants will gain an understanding of neurological differences, learn inclusive strategies, and explore real-world applications that benefit both neurodivergent and neurotypical learners. The session encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and reflective practice so participants can apply insights immediately.
