If you are a commissioned notary public you might consider this national training to learn to facilitate mortgage closings for lenders, banks, Realtors, signing agencies, title and escrow companies. Notaries working as certified signing agents and transaction coordinators have been able to create an additional full or part-time income paying $100 to $250 per file. This certification training will familiarize you with the process, procedures, and responsibilities of a signing agent. Working with typical loan documents, you will learn to identify certificate language, document formats, and file presentation to ensure the integrity of the loan signing.
